helloegypt.tours acts as a licensed tour operator offering travel, excursions, transfers, and related tourism services across Egypt.
By booking a tour with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed through our website or directly with our customer support team.
A deposit or full payment (depending on the tour type) is required to secure your reservation.
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other secure methods listed on our website.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the tour date.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the tour are subject to a 50% charge.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or for no-shows.
Some special tours, such as cruises or flights, may have different cancellation rules (stated at the time of booking).

4. Changes & Modifications

helloegypt.tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
In case of major changes, customers will be notified in advance and offered alternatives or refunds.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers must carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits) where applicable.
It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure they are medically fit for the tour.
Any personal belongings are the responsibility of the traveler; helloegypt.tours is not liable for loss or damage.

6. Liability

helloegypt.tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by external factors such as airlines, weather, strikes, or government actions.
While we take every precaution for your safety, participation in tours is at your own risk.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent customer data to third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt, and any disputes shall be resolved under Egyptian jurisdiction.
